These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bettakka platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
bettakka operates on a foundation of transparency. All rules governing games, bonuses, and account management are published clearly in these Terms. We do not apply hidden charges, undisclosed wagering requirements, or retroactive rule changes that disadvantage players.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain a single bettakka account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them, regardless of whether bonuses have been claimed.
All data transmitted between your device and bettakka is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption. Your personal and financial information is stored securely and is never shared with unauthorised third parties. Our platform undergoes regular security audits to maintain the highest standard of data protection.

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bettakka and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the bettakka platform. The Terms apply to all products and services offered by bettakka, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, arcade and skill games, promotional offers, and all customer account functions.
By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of bettakka, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease use of the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
bettakka reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English and are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between different language versions of any document published by bettakka, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
bettakka operates as a digital entertainment platform providing online casino and sports betting services. We provide our services on a fair-play basis using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games and independent data feeds for all sports betting markets. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk and should not be treated as a method of generating income.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
Access to and use of bettakka is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bettakka enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years and does not permit any individual under this age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money wagering activity.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering and using the account for your own personal entertainment.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or family member of an employee of bettakka or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself through bettakka's responsible gaming tools or imposed externally.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
bettakka takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process — which is required before any withdrawal is approved — all players must submit valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposits will be returned; any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security
To access real-money services on bettakka, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bettakka. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bettakka uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity forfeited. The player will be notified and given an opportunity to appeal through our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bettakka will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your bettakka account.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Not allow any other person to use your bettakka account to place wagers, even informally.
bettakka is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. However, we will cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorised access and may temporarily freeze an account to protect the player while an investigation is conducted.
KYC Verification: All players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). bettakka reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bettakka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account status and location within Bangladesh.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bettakka account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. bettakka does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours during standard business hours. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed more quickly than bank transfer withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements on your account, if a verification check is pending, or if our fraud prevention team has flagged activity for review.
Important payment conditions:
- Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (or the primary payment method on your account) unless otherwise approved by our support team.
- bettakka reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
- In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, bettakka reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds, including clawing back any winnings generated from that erroneous balance.
- Deposits made in error by the player cannot be reversed once credited to a bettakka account. Please contact our support team immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
bettakka reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay withdrawals for compliance review, or decline a transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
bettakka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms & Conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawing any associated winnings. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Where multiple accounts in the same household claim the same bonus, bettakka reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings from all accounts.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- bettakka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered by a player.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Certain games may contribute at a lower rate (or not at all) towards satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
bettakka's promotional calendar includes seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh's cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Durga Puja, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. These limited-time promotions are announced via the platform's promotions page and are subject to the same general bonus conditions set out above.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets available on bettakka are subject to the specific game or market rules published within each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any real-money wager. bettakka is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets.
Casino Games: All RNG-based casino games (slots, table games, virtual games) on bettakka use certified random number generation technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed before the game begins. bettakka does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are generated independently of any commercial consideration.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer casino tables are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio operating the table and are displayed within the live game interface. bettakka facilitates access to these games but is not the game operator; in the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the ruling of the live game operator shall be final.
Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport. Key conditions include:
- Bets accepted before an event begins are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event, including any applicable extra time or super over as defined in the market rules.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuations during the submission process may result in bets being accepted at slightly different odds; the odds displayed at bet confirmation are final.
- bettakka reserves the right to void bets on any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or data feed errors affecting the integrity of the market.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the sportsbook and may vary by market, competition, and player account status.
- Bets placed on suspended markets or after an event has concluded will be voided and stakes returned.
In all cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or technical malfunctions, bettakka's decision — made in good faith and based on available data — shall be final and binding. Players may escalate disputes through our support team by submitting a written complaint within 30 days of the event in question.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bettakka, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances in serious cases:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund your account.
- Money Laundering: Using bettakka as a vehicle for laundering money obtained through illegal activity. bettakka cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected money laundering activity and will report suspicious transactions where required.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using software or automated systems to exploit promotional offers; colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
- Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event; placing wagers on events where you have non-public information about the outcome.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on bettakka. All play must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to bettakka without first contacting our support team to resolve the matter. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in permanent account closure and recovery of any winnings.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward bettakka staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
bettakka employs fraud detection, behaviour analysis, and transaction monitoring systems that operate continuously. These systems may flag accounts for manual review at any time. During a review, account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is conducted. Players will be informed of any restriction placed on their account and will be given the opportunity to provide information in response to any concern raised.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
bettakka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The account has been used by a person other than the registered account holder.
- Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to bettakka.
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bettakka reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and any bonus balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach (for example, at bettakka's commercial discretion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your bettakka account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing the closure, our team will ask whether you wish to close for responsible gaming reasons — in which case additional self-exclusion protections will be applied. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you following successful KYC verification, if not already completed.
Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bettakka may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if needed.
