We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Where card payments are supported, these are processed entirely by our payment provider in a PCI-DSS compliant environment and the full card number is never transmitted to or stored by bettakka. We receive only a tokenised reference for reconciliation purposes.
Children's Data: bettakka is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. - Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with bettakka, and for a period of five years following permanent account closure. This retention period reflects our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention regulations.
- KYC Document Data: Retained for five years following account closure, or longer if required by a specific legal obligation or ongoing regulatory investigation. KYC documents are stored in encrypted form with strictly controlled access.
- Financial Transaction Data: All deposit, withdrawal, and wagering transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years following the date of each transaction.
